our very good friend celebrated a big birthday this weekend, and i got to have a bit of fun with the cake/cupcakes for his birthday.
a huge baltimore sports fan, aaron has also worked for both the orioles and the ravens. i wanted his cake to reflect that, but didn’t want to go with the most straightforward option.
while i have done many animal face cakes, i have not yet tried a person and was really excited to. aaron’s favorite oriole of all time is eddie murray. it’s fine if you’re not a sports fan. this is all you need to know.

we teamed eddie up with a flock of ravens, and were good to go.
