how lucky am i to get to be a part of two weddings in such a short period of time?
when my friend cynthia got in touch about her former nanny’s upcoming wedding, she had some very fun facts: she’s from honduras, he’s from the states and they met on st. patty’s day. they are getting married in honduras, but i am throwing them an engagement party here. and it has now turned into a wedding.
given all that we had to work in to this one, i was a little concerned about keeping it clean, but really couldn’t be happier about how this two tiered chocolate with strawberry jam and white chocolate frosting beauty turned out.
